1) Check availability
On each accommodation page is an enquiry button. Just fill in your details (which will not be shared with any other third parties). Be sure to provide as much information as possible in order that we can help you find the perfect holiday.
We will reply by e-mail usually within hours but always within 24 hours. We will be happy to call you to discuss your holiday. Either send a WhatsApp or SMS message to +44 7954 651004 or use our contact us page to provide your telephone number and other details. We will confirm the dates (or give alternative if your dates are not free) and confirm the price, and give you details of the transfers we can provide for you from the airport.
2) We will provisionally hold your holiday accommodation
We will then hold you chosen property for you without any obligation from you for 5 days. This is to give you time to check out and book flights and finalise your holiday plans.
3) Book your flights & finalise plans
Our UK flights page will help you find the best flight from your chosen airport; or you can call your local travel agent. Once you have booked your flights you can then confirm your booking with us.
4) Pay your deposit
We will ask for a 20% deposit in pounds sterling to be paid to our UK bank account (details to be supplied). You can also pay by credit or debit card through Paypal, this method is subject to a 4% charge. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. It is essential that you read our booking conditions at this stage, as once we have received your deposit we will assume that you have read and accepted those conditions.
5) Holiday confirmation
Once your deposit is received we will send you your receipted holiday confirmation and account which will show the date that you balance will be due; 6 weeks before your arrival.
Approximately 8/10 weeks before you arrive we will convert the euro cost of your holiday into sterling at the rate applicable at that time and will e mail you to confirm the sterling balance outstanding.
