Nireus comprises a variety of studios and apartments all recently renovated all with freeview satellite TV, hairdryers and air conditioning (small supplement payable locally). All have kitchenettes with toasted sandwich machine, microwave, kettle and fridge and are equipped for light meals.
- The studios sleep 2, with twin beds, kitchenette/dining area, separate shower room and balcony or terrace.
- The one bedroom apartments sleep from 2/4 with a twin bedroom, separate shower room and extra beds in the kitchen dining area, kitchenette /dining area, and balcony or terrace.
- 2 bedroom apartments with two twin bedrooms, kitchenette /dining area, balcony or
terrace and a separate shower room. Some of these apartments will sleep up to 6 with
extra pull out beds in the kitchen dining area.
- Duplex style apartments: On split levels; entrance is into the open plan kitchen/dining area with 2 couches, which are pull out spare beds, and each has a balcony or terrace. The kitchens have small ovens as well as microwave and two electric rings in case people wish to do more self catering. One bedroom and shower room upstairs and the other twin bedroom on ground floor with separate shower room. This makes them an ideal choice for two couples or families with teenagers.
