Car Hire Terms and Conditions
Our rates include:
- unlimited mileage
- third party, fire & theft Insurance
- limited collision damage waiver insurance (reducing clients’ responsibility to €600). This can be waived by purchasing locally FCDW
- All Government taxes, delivery & collection.
Baby seats available on request at the cost of €2.50 per day payable locally
Drivers must be a minimum of 23 years old (25 for jeeps) and hold a current license for at least two years.
Not included in our rates:
Full Collision Damage Waiver (FCDW): E 5 per day (optional, payable in resort).
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) available if required at E 3 per day
Documentation required: A valid driving licence held for at least 2 years and free of endorsements, passport.
An International Licence will be required if the licence of the country of origin is not printed in Roman alphabet.
What you’ll pay on arrival:
· Fuel deposit.
· Optional: Full Damage Insurance, Personal Accident insurance if required.
Rental period: The minimum rental period is one day.
Cancellation: A cancellation fee (equivalent to one days rental charge plus any associated delivery charges) will be levied on any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery time.
Drivers - age: Minimum age 23yrs (25years for Jeeps)
Limited Insurance: (CDW): Included in all our prices this insurance covers the customer for damage to their hire car in the event of an accident, limiting customer’s liability to 600 Euro. This can be waived by purchasing FDW (Full damage waiver) on delivery of the vehicle at a cost of 5 euro per day.
Fire and Theft cover: Included in all our prices this insurance covers the customer for the cost of the vehicle in the event of theft.
Third Party Liability providing coverage in respect of damage to other vehicles and property caused by rental vehicle.
What's not included:
· Personal accident insurance (available as an optional extra).
· Petrol – a deposit is payable on arrival.
· Garaging, parking, traffic and speeding fines.
· Out of hour’s charges (if applicable).
· Child seats. These can be provided as an optional extra;
· Cancellation charges. Cover for theft of personal effects or goods in the car, damage within the car from cigarette burns, damage to wheels, tyres and parts under the vehicle and damage resulting from the use of incorrect fuel
