Booking Conditions
Once you have reached the point of confirming your holiday and sending your deposit, we ask you to read these booking conditions carefully as, once we have received your deposit, we will assume that you have read and accepted the conditions contained below.
PRICES: All our prices include accommodation only with sheets and towels and maid service as detailed on the page of each property. EXCEPT for Travel with Friends PLUS at Beachside Bungalows Acharavi where prices also include a welcome pack and 24 hour telephone contact number.

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
Your booking is only accepted and valid on receipt of your deposit and your confirmation invoice issued. Deposits are non refundable unless we are forced to amend or cancel your holiday due to circumstances beyond our control such as force majeure. In the unlikely event that we have to alter your holiday details, we promise to advise you immediately and will of course offer a full refund where this is not acceptable, though clients will not be entitled to compensation, damages or otherwise arising from the cancellation.
PAYMENT
We will ask for a deposit of 20% per booking payable on confirmation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival, or on booking if within this period.
Payment should be or directly to our bank, (details will be supplied) OR by banker's cheque payable to TRAVEL WITH FRIENDS,
Vouchers will be sent on receipt of final payment.
The number of people confirmed at the time of booking must not be exceeded without permission.
A basic inventory of essentials is listed in your information folder; please report any missing items immediately, in order that it can rectified.
Breakages and damages must be paid for locally, accidents do happen and we rely on your honesty to ensure the smooth running of the house, both for you and the next guests.
Our mission is to ensure that you have the holiday you have spent a long time anticipating, if for any reason, you have cause for complaint we must be notified immediately in order that we may correct the problem. Please understand that, albeit rarely, disappointment sometimes comes from unrealistic expectations, which are impossible to fix. Complaints on return home that were not reported at the time will not be entertained.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Sadly due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes cancellations must be made; these must be received in writing. Regrettably charges must be made as follows:
· Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival loss of deposit.
· 6 weeks prior to arrival 40%
· 4 weeks prior to arrival 60%
· 3 weeks prior to arrival 80%
· 2 weeks prior to arrival 100%
Always check to see if your reason for cancelling is covered by your holiday insurance.
INSURANCE must he taken out at the time of booking, and can be purchased through

ACCOMMODATION
Our aim is to be as honest as is humanly possible in our descriptions, music to our
ears is “ oh its much better than we expected!” Please bear in mind that sometimes
small details will have changed after the photos on the web-
Check in time no earlier than 13:00
Check out time no later than 10:00
Your house will be cleaned and beds made for your arrival, on busy changeover days it is possible the maid will still be there finishing off when you get there, in which case you will be able to leave your luggage and go and have a cold drink while she puts the finishing touches. On your departure you will be requested to allow the maid to come in early and start her duties. Should you be arriving on flights or ferries which mean you would like an early check in or late check out, please let us know, we will always do our best to accommodate you if the guests departure/arrival time before, or after you allow. This may involve a small extra charge for the maid.
NOISE
TWF are not responsible for noise, or disturbance created by a third party outside the property, of course we will do our utmost to ameliorate the situation, but please bear in mind that in high season when all properties are full there are often large parties, many children and increased traffic which is only to be expected. Life is open air in high summer, and warm summer nights are conducive to outside living but please respect others search for rest and relaxation as we will ask them to do for you.
NIGHT FLIGHTS/ARRIVALS
Just a friendly word of warning; please bear in mind that in accordance with international practice check out time is 10.00am. Whenever possible we extend this time and where not possible we will try to find a courtesy room, in either case there will be a charge to be paid locally.
CHILDREN
Children must be supervised at all times.
Whilst all effort is made to ensure that all our properties are child friendly please bear in mind that extra care is needed in a strange environment, low walls, railings and steps will all be tempting adventures and unaccustomed obstacles. We do know all our properties personally so can advise on any queries, and will try to fulfil any special request you may have. Your children are your responsibility. Extra vigilance will be needed at local swimming pools where there are no life guard
